Jennifer Richardson B. Appl.Sc. (Osteo.) Master of Osteopathy, B. Human Mvmt.Sc. (Exercise Sc.)

Jennifer completed her studies at the University of Western Sydney. She has extensive experience working in the fitness industry as an exercise rehabilitation therapist and Pilates instructor. She has a passion for the use of exercise in the correction of poor posture, injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Jennifer employs a wide range of Osteopathic techniques, with a wholistic approach and long term correction of mechanical dysfunction being her aim in treatment. She is a Level 2 Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy practitioner, and can prescribe and fit orthotics.
