Julie Fendall DO, MOstSc(Paed) Reg. Osteopath CP 13614

Julie has over 25 years of practice and teaching experience in osteopathy. She has taught cranial osteopathy at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and is long standing faculty member of the Sutherland Cranial Teaching
Foundation of Australia and New Zealand.

With a particular interest in the treatment of infants and children, Julie has continued her studies in this area over many years. She is also a breast-feeding counselor with the Australian Breast Feeding Association. Julie treats infants from the new born onwards, for a wide range of feeding and digestive issues and will support mums and babies with however they choose to feed.

Osteopathy for children not only addresses a child's current problems but acts preventatively throughout their growth and development, to assist with both physical and emotional issues, from birth through early childhood and on to adolescence.

Julie has a vast experience in treating a wide range of health issues for all ages and receives referrals from other osteopaths for a variety of general osteopathic conditions, such as headache, facial pain including sinusitis, orthodontic support, helping the head and neck adjust to physical changes induced by dental appliances. She also treats many mothers throughout pregnancy optimising their physical health prior to conception right the way through to preparation for labour.

Julie's long involvement with the Sutherland Cranial Teaching Foundation of Australia and New Zealand has seen her hold various executive roles with them. She is still closely involved with the foundation, a teaching organisation, helping to educate osteopaths from this region in the application of osteopathy in the cranial field.

Julie is also mum to three children and aside from running around after them, she likes to keep fit herself  and incorporates exercise advice in her treatment approach with her patients to aid their recovery and assist in the self management of their health.
