Yoga therapy emphasises the link between the body, the breath and the mind. When yoga postures are done with appropriate breathing, stress is reduced and the mind becomes calm. In this way, yoga can provide the foundation for perfect health.
Doctors, osteopaths and naturopaths refer their patients to Margaret and she works closely with them to bring their patients back to health and wellbeing. Margaret applies a therapeutic yoga approach to a range of conditions including those involving the musculoskeletal, digestive, respiratory, cardio-vascular, nervous, and endocrine systems.
She has had experience working with people who have a variety of injuries, musculoskeletal problems, chronic pain, Parkinson’s disease, rheumatoid arthritis, cancer and hip and knee replacements.
